Right of withdrawal from a distant contract – return of goods.

Being a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from any contract made with the Web Store within 14 days without giving any reason.

In order to meet this timeframe it is required only to send a statement within the aforementioned 14 days. A statement of withdrawal from contract can be submitted in writing to the following address:  Ciołkowskiego 11/1, 15-523 Grabówka or in electronic form via e-mail to the following address: info|la-promesse.com| |info|la-promesse.com.

In order to expedite the process of the return of goods the consumer can use the template form, which is available to download from the following link: withdrawal from contract form.

The returned goods must be sent back in the same condition as it was acquired in, it cannot be damaged or destroyed, it cannot have any marks of usage and it needs to have all the original tags and if possible also the original packaging. The consumer is obligated to pay the direct cost of returning the goods.

The returned goods can be sent back to the following address:  Ciołkowskiego 11/1, 15-523 Grabówka.
Money returns are conducted using the same payment method as selected by the customer to complete the transaction, unless the customer clearly agrees to a different solution.
